Jo Cowen Architects was proud to host a round table industry dinner with Juliemma McLoughlin, Chief Planning Officer from the GLA and Liz Hamson, editor of Property Week on 24th January 2019.
Jo Cowen hosted and set up this dinner for a small group of CEOs and MDs from some of the principal BTR Developers and funders working in Greater London and the South East. Chaired by Liz Hamson, Editor of Property Week, this was a unique opportunity to present the views of the BTR community to Juliemma Mcloughlin on the new London Plan, strategic development opportunities across the capital and the ways in which the GLA could support the viability of BTR and other residential development across the capital in 2019.
