Crondace House

Jo Cowen Architects were appointed on a full interior refurbishment and project coordination basis on the renovation of this Victorian house in Fulham.

We worked with the input given by our fabulously trusting Client and were able to design some beautifully bespoke architectural pieces, including the stunning rear and side glass extension. The ambitious design of the glass extension was achieved through meticulous construction details, allowing for natural light to flood the space during the day.

We transformed this space into a home with an open-plan living to ground floor, including a beautiful bespoke kitchen with adjacent dining area. The elegant oak stair is another beautifully crafted and bespoke designed feature.

A smoked oak mansion weave floor has been used throughout to maximise the flow around the house.

The interior design is a story of attention to detail paired with a homely, eclectic elegance, lead by our Client’s brief and brought to life by us.
