The project entailed the demolition of the existing industrial / commercial buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide 46 residential dwellings, 837m2 of Office Space, a Café and public galleria space at ground floor level.

As well as associated basement level, storage, parking and cycle provision. The client was the experienced residential developer, St. James’s of the Berkley Group.

Under the design tutelage of Graham Stirk, Jo Cowen worked to deliver the re-development of Eastbury House, Albert Embankment on behalf of Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners, for St.James’
