Jo Cowen Architects has momentously won planning for a new 15 story residential tower with commercial space at lower levels, café and public realm improvements on Battersea Park Road.
This area was designated for five story development, but the exemplary design and regeneration opportunity presented to the GLA and Wandsworth Council merited the development of a tall building on this constrained site.
