Architectural Assistant
Angus is completing his BSc (Hons) Architecture degree at the University of Bath and is currently carrying out a 6-month placement at Jo Cowen Architects.
Angus is a firm believer in creating sustainable architecture which responds to its cultural context, forming a strong sense of identity. This has aided his approach to sensitive projects such as Al Seef – a project Angus experienced whilst at Godwin Austen Johnson in Dubai, where he grew up.
His most recent community-led project explored how architecture may represent marginalised voices, aiming to empower the youth in New York. During university, he has also worked with BBA Architects as part of the RIBA mentor scheme.
