Gregory Malek is an architect with over 20 years of experience in the industry and has specific interest in residential design including the technical delivery of large schemes.  He has worked with local authorities, housing associations, developers and contractors to provide site appraisals, concept and detail design, construction information through to practical completion.

Before joining Jo Cowen Architects, Gregory was at Pick Everard leading the residential team and provided a practice-wide technical assurance role in relation to construction procurement, standards and compliance.

He is also a Certified Passive House Designer and an active member of the JCA’s Sustainability Group looking at the Net Zero Carbon implementation aspects.

In addition, he has the skills in the application of BIM processes and won the 2015 Digital Innovation Merit prize in the CIOB International Innovation and Research Competition for the development of a computer software called BiMUp which can quantify various elements of early feasibility studies.

While not working you can find Gregory playing badminton as his local badminton club.
