Olesya Nalivayko is a fully qualified Architect with 10 years of experience in the UK.
Originally from Russia, Olesya chose to continue her architectural journey in the UK, where she pursued her Master’s degree in Housing and Urbanism at the Architectural Association in 2012. She also holds a Professional Practice in Architecture Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Westminster.
Before joining Jo Cowen Architects, Olesya gained expertise during her work at Scott Brownrigg. Her experience includes working on various scale projects both within the UK and overseas. Olesya has worked across multiple sectors including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and educational and has an experience designing and delivering a vast range of projects.
With a primary focus on the residential and mixed-use sectors, Olesya’s portfolio includes working on such projects as The Atlas Building in London, Eden Grove in Staines-Upon-Thames and Makers’ Yard in Brentford.
In addition, Olesya has performed as a Commercial Lead in her previous role, working closely with project directors to maintain the financial aspects of the projects as well as identifying potential income and management risks.
